We are bringing a PARADIGM SHIFT to industrial water sustainability. Instead of trying to increase the SUPPLY of available water, we are helping our B2B customers to significantly decrease the DEMAND (water use) for potable freshwater (or any liquid) during their industrial processes, like washing, cleaning or rinsing processes. We are a desired partner in Water Demand Management.
- Our globally patented technology can REMARKABLY DECREASE THE WATER CONSUMPTION (water demand / use) incurring during industrial processes, like washing. In our reference cases the savings has been 80-90%.
- Other water technology companies take water consumption volumes as a given parameter - and focus on maintaining/improving the water supply through closed-loop water recycling. Our approach is more sustainable in the longer run as our solution creates less waste water and do not require chemical purification processes.
- Additional value propositions, e.g.: Smaller physical footprint/weight for water/liquid tanks, more optimized logistics of the to-be-processed products/items.
- Metabar has references how our solution will bring REMARKABLE OPEX COSTS SAVINGS. In water-intensive industrial applications the pay-back time of the needed investment is usually between 1 and 2 years.

TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Metabar's technology is based on utilizing the energy of pressurized gas controlled by flows and sensors. With it, the liquid is delivered to the 3D metal printed and 100% customizable nozzles.
The nozzle method creates an appropriate mist or spray effect, which can be infinitely adjusted over a wide pressure range, starting from 0.1 bar and up without an upper limit. Nozzles are used to create a desired spray, mist or other controlled functional combination of compressed gas and liquid using a special method. The system aimed at optimizing and reducing consumption is patented.
The core components of the device solution are the nozzles realized as a result of 3D design and 3D metal printed. The number of nozzles and the size of the device unit are defined according to the customer's needs. The system is an intelligently controlled and sensor-equipped procedure solution for pressurized gas and liquids, the device unit of which is built for the customer either as a series product or as a customized service.
