Metabar's technology is based on utilizing the energy of pressurized gas controlled by flows and sensors. With it, the liquid is delivered to the 3D metal printed and 100% customizable nozzles.
The nozzle method creates an appropriate mist or spray effect, which can be infinitely adjusted over a wide pressure range, starting from 0.1 bar and up without an upper limit. Nozzles are used to create a desired spray, mist or other controlled functional combination of compressed gas and liquid using a special method. The system aimed at optimizing and reducing consumption is patented.
The core components of the device solution are the nozzles realized as a result of 3D design and 3D metal printed. The number of nozzles and the size of the device unit are defined according to the customer's needs. The system is an intelligently controlled and sensor-equipped procedure solution for pressurized gas and liquids, the device unit of which is built for the customer either as a series product or as a customized service.
